AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $51,423.20 FOR
INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE
INTERSECTION OF WEST MARKHAM AND THE MARKHAM'
COMMERCIAL CENTER DRIVEWAY AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO AWARD THE CONTRACT TO HILL
CONSTRUCTION, INC. OF LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, any reimbursement made by the developer for the
installation of the traffic signal will be credited to the City
Special Projects Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$51,423.20 from the City Special Projects Fund for installation
of a traffic signal at the intersection of West Markham and the
Markham Commercial Center Driveway.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is authorized to award the
contract for the installation of the traffic signal to Hill
Construction, Inc. of Little Rock for the sum of $51,423.20.
