ORDINANCE NO. 15,593
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5095 - Described as a tract of land located in the
SE 1/4, Section 35, T -1 -N, R -1 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Starting in the northeast corner of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4,
said Section 35; thence north 1 031120" east 40.0 feet
to a point on the south right -of -way line of Interstate
Route No. 30; thence south 62 036' west along said south
right -of -way line 1,242.2 feet to the Point of
Beginning of the tract of land described herein; thence
south 27 024' east 250.0 feet to a point on the north
line of Lot 6A, Triangle Properties Industrial
District, Little Rock, Arkansas; thence south 62 036'
west along said north line and along the north line of
Lot 6, said Triangle Properties Industrial District
200.0 feet to a point on the east line of Lot 7R -B,
said Triangle Properties Industrial District; thence
north 27 024' west along said east line 250.0 feet to
the northeast corner of said Lot 7R -B, said corner
lying on the south right -of -way line of Interstate
Route No. 30; thence north 62o36' east along said south
right -of -way line 200.0 feet to the Point of Beginning,
containing 50,000 square feet, or 1.147 acres, more or
less, from "R -2" Single Family to "C -4" Open Display.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
