AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5.086 - Described as part
Section 21, part of the SW
and part of the NE 1/4, NE
T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock,
more particularly described
of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4, of
1/4, SW 1/4, of Section 22,
1/4, of Section 28, all in
Pulaski County, Arkansas,
as:
Beginning at the section corner common to Sections 21,
22, 27 and 28, T -2 -N, R -13 -W; thence south 00000'56"
east 370.11 feet; thence north 88 027'41" west
674.66 feet; thence north 01 058'18" east 408.01 feet;
thence north 09 056'41" east 71.10 feet; thence north
14 °51'11" east 355.52 feet; thence south 88 028110" east
561.21 feet; thence south 00 035100" east 374.39 feet;
thence south 00 031'41" east 80.0 feet to the Point of
Beginning, containing 12.125 acres, more or less, from
"R -2" Single Family to "0-2" Office and Institutional.

SECTION 2. That the east and south 50 feet of the
tract of land be left as an undisturbed buffer area, except
for utilities, and the specific layout of the utilities will
be addressed at the time of Site Plan Review. (See attached
sketch for configuration of fifty (50) foot buffer area
along the east side of the property.)
SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
