ORDINANCE NO. 15,590
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5084 - Described as part of the SW 1/4 of Section 35,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said SW 1/4;
thence south 03 010135" east along the east line of said
SW 1/4 405.84 feet; thence north 89 034'20" west
157.65 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence south
01 °11'12" east 199.83 feet; thence south 88 045100" west
168.83 feet to a point on the east right -of -way line of
a 46 foot road; thence north 00 003145" west along the
east right -of -way line of said 46 foot road
204.20 feet; thence south 89 044'44" east 164.88 feet to
the Point of Beginning, containing 0.774 acres, more or
less, from "R -2" Single Family to "C -4" Open Display.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is her amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
