ORDINANCE NO. 15,572
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 15,390
SECTION 28 -8 OF THE LITTLE ROCK CODE OF
ORDINANCES TO INCREASE FEES FOR DUMPING IN
THE SANITARY LANDFILL.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Little Rock Code of Ordinances 28 -8 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
(b) The charges referred to in subsection (a) hereof shall
be as follows:
(1) Each compacted cubic yard with a minimum of five
dollars ($5.00) per dumping, two dollars and fifty
cents ($2.50).
(2) Each non - compacted cubic yard with a minimum of five
dollars ($5.00) per dumping, two dollars ($2.00).
(3) Each cubic yard of tree stumps with a minimum of
twenty -five dollars ($25.00) per dumping, two dollars
and fifty cents ($2.50).
(4) For non - residents, each compacted cubic yard and non -
compacted cubic yard five dollars ($5.00).
(5) For the disposal of asbestos, each cubic yard ten
dollars and fifty cents ($10.50).
(6) For the disposal of tires with a minimum of twenty -five
dollars ($25.00) per dumping, each cubic yard ten
dollars and fifty cents ($10.50).
(7) For the disposal of building materials with a minimum
of five dollars ($5.00) per dumping, each cubic yard
two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50).
