AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z.- 4.9.40. -A - Described as part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 17, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as:
Commencing at the southeast corner, SE 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 17, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence north 40 feet; thence
west 25 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said point
being at the intersection of north right -of -way County
Line Road and west right -of -way Vimy Ridge Road; thence
west along north right -of -way County Line Road
283.14 feet; thence north 200 feet; thence east
283.14 feet to the west right -of -way Vimy Ridge Road;
thence south along said right -of -way 200 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 1.3 acres, more or less,
from "R -2" Single Family to "C -1" Neighborhood
Commercial. (Vimy Ridge Road and County Line Road,
northwest corner)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
