ORDINANCE NO. 15,563
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z_- 50.5.7 - Described as part of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 24, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Tract 9: Starting at the
point where the north and south center line of said
Section 24 intersects the north right -of -way line of
U.S. Highway 65, also known as Little Rock -Pine Bluff
Highway, said starting point being south 1 049' east of
and 1068.8 feet from the northeast corner of said
NE 1/4, NW 1/4, of Section 24; thence north 80 045' west
along said right -of -way line of said highway 410.5 feet
to the point of beginning; thence north 1049' west for
500 feet; thence north 80 045' west for 118.0 feet;
thence south 1 049' east 500.0 feet; thence south 80 045'
east for 118.8 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 1.34 acres, more or less, there being a
20.0 feet easement on the west side of said property
extending from the highway to the north line of the
property, from "R -2" Single Family to "C -3" General
Commercial. (4721 Confederate Boulevard)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
