AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 37
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING
FOR A WAIVER OF COLLECTOR STREET PAVEMENT
WIDTH, CURB AND GUTTER AND SIDEWALK
REQUIREMENTS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 37 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Lot 27A, 27B, and 27C, Graceland Acres Subdivision
as follows:
Subsection a. That collector street pavement width,
curb and gutter, and sidewalk be deleted on West 65th
Street.
SECTION 2. Unless the provisions of this Ordinance are
put into effect immediately, the public peace, health,
safety and welfare of the citizens of Little Rock will be
adversely affected; therefore, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
