ORDINANCE NO. 15,701
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5183 - Described as a part of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4,
.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Section 32, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas
more particularly described as follows:
From the SE corner of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4, run south
89035' west for 1,047.96 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence continue south 89035' west for
277.74 feet to the SW corner of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4;
thence north 00033' east for 93.5 feet; thence north
89 042' east for 277.7 feet; thence south 00033' west
for 91.23 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing
0.59 acres, more or less, from "R -2," Single Family, to
"C -3," General Commercial,
AND
A part of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 32, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly
described as follows:
From the SE corner of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4, run south
89035' west for 918.7 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence continue south 89035' west for 129.26 feet;
thence north 00033' east for 191.23 feet; thence south
89042' east for 129.0 feet; thence south 00o13' west
for 189.7 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing
0.56 acres, more or less, from "R -2," Single Family, to
"OS," Open Space. (8509 Scott Hamilton Drive)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

in full force from and after its passage and approval.
