WHEREAS, this Land Use Plan is consistent with other

adopted plans for the area; and

WHEREAS, the Land Use Plan is to be used as a guide for
zoning the area; and
WHEREAS, the Staff and Planning Commission have
reviewed the plans; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends the
adoption of the plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the Land Use Plan for the area west of
the City Limits to the Planning Boundary and north of
Kanis Road to the Arkansas River is adopted.
