0 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
+' LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

v SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
X be amended to provide for waiver of certain requirements
+ within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
A Rock for Parkview Hill Addition as follows:
Subsection a. That the sidewalk provisions of
+ Section 31 -175 be waived and the street pavement width
provisions of Section 31 -209 be modified to minor
c standard, both sections being a part of Division 2 of
N Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances, being the
`1' Subdivision Rules and Regulations.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
� (30) days from and after its passage.'
