ORDINANCE NO. 15,746
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z..- ,_5217 - Described as a parcel of land lying in the
NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of said Section 33; thence
run south 528.1 feet to a Point of Beginning; thence
run east 328.13 feet to a point; thence run south
01024' west, 132 feet to a- point; thence run west
324.9 feet to a point; thence run north 132 feet to the
Point of Beginning, containing in all 1 acre, more or
less, from "R -2" Single Family to "0 -2" Office and
Institutional. (1925 Napa Valley Road)
SECTION 2. That the office development on the
described tract of land shall be restricted to one building
and have a height limit of one story with a maximum of
twenty (20) feet.
SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4 That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
