AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4366 -A - Described as Lots 15 and 16, Pine Hill
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . - . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Subdivision, Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas from "R -2" Single Family to 11R -3" Single
Family. (Walker Street and West 26th Street)
SECTION 2. That a 25 foot green strip be provided
along West 26th Street wherein all trees four inches (4 ") or
larger in calliper (measured one foot above ground level)
shall be retained; a six foot privacy fence shall be erected
adjacent to West 26th Street prior to any residential
construction; and both the green strip and fence shall be
maintained at all times.
SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
