AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
-475.12 0...6 . - Described as a part of the W 1/2 of the SW 1/4
.....
of Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas
and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point of intersection of the north
right -of -way line of Baseline Road and the
southeasterly right -of -way line of U.S. Highway No. 67;
thence northeasterly along the southeasterly line of
U.S. Highway No. 67, a distance of 472.3 feet; thence
southerly 250 feet, more or less, to the center of an
existing 36" concrete culvert being a point on the
north right -of -way line of Baseline Road which is
400 feet easterly of the Point of Beginning; thence
westerly along the north right -of -way line of Baseline
Road, 400 feet to the Point of Beginning from "R -2"
Single Family to "C -3" General Commercial. (1 -30 and
Baseline Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change.provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
