AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5200 - Described as a part of Section 17, T -1 -N,
R -11 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas described as beginning
at the southwest corner of the SE 1/4 of said Section 17;
thence along the south line of said SE 1/4 south
88047'31" east 1,025.32 feet; thence north 01012129" east
1,887.64 feet to the Point of Beginning, said point being
on the north right -of -way of Lindsey Road and the west
bank of Fourche Bayou; thence along said right -of -way to
a point north 75 001145" west 117.33 feet; thence to a
point north 71 016109" west 650.10 feet to a point of
curvature to the right having a Delta angle of 57 33' and
a radius of 763.94 feet; thence along said curve to a
point north 64 004130" west 176.30 feet; thence to a point
north 49 041'30" west 176.30 feet; thence to a point north
35 018'05" west 176.30 feet; thence to a point north
20 054145" west 176.30 feet to the point of tangency;
thence continuing along said right -of -way to a point
north 13 043108" west 75.50 feet to the south right -of -way
of a railroad spur; thence along said railroad right -of-
way to a point south 71 015'49" east 1,217.85 feet to a
point of curvature to the left; thence continuing along
said right -of -way to a point north 18 044111" east
10.00 feet; thence along said curve to the left having a
Delta angle of 18 °31'19" and a radius of 955.37 feet to a
point south 79 °05'20" east 268.31 feet to the west bank
of Fourche Bayou; thence along railroad right -of -way to a
point south 88024'30" 49.38 feet; thence to a point south

line of channel of Fourche Bayou and the south right -of-
way line of said railroad spur; thence along said center

Point of Beginning, containing 11.96 acres, more or less,
from "R -2" Single Family to "1 -2" Light Industrial.

railroad spur; thence along said right -of -way to a point

Beginning and containing 0.6625 acres, more or less, from
"R -2" Single Family to "OS" Open Space. (Lindsey Road at
the railroad tracks)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
