AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 81
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING
FOR A WAIVER OF SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
REQUIREMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision ordinance of the City of Little Rock
for Ridgmhavmn Addition as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31~232, paragraph g. be
waived in its entirety with respect to Lot 3 of RidgehaVen
Addition so as to permit access by the platting of a 20 foot
frontage on Ridgehaven Road.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
