AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #13,874, THE
SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT PLAN, TO EXTEND THE
COMMERCIAL LAND USE AT THE INTERSECTION OF
HERMITAGE AND AUTUMN ROADS.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has approved an application
to rezone a tract of land in the northeast quadrant of the
intersection of Hermitage and Autumn Roads; and
WHEREAS, this rezoning merely extends commercial zoning
already in place; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has expressed a desire to
update the Suburban Development Plan to reflect growth within
the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. The Suburban Development Plan, Ordinance No.
13,874, is hereby amended to show commercial land use
at the intersection of Hermitage and Autumn Roads.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
