HomeMy WebLinkAbout14899M ORDINANCE NO. 14,899 0 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated. A. Z- 1422 -A - Described as: The South 100 feet of part of Lot 6 of the Subdivision of the S 1/2, NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as shown by the plat of said subdivision file on October 16, 1954, in Plat Book 3 at page 27, lying East and adjacent to the East right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 67 -70 described as follows: beginning at the NE corner of said Lot 6; thence South along East line of Lot 6 228.8 feet; thence N 890 44' W, 194.6 feet to the East right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 67 -70; thence N 5° 47' E along the East right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 67 -70 230.0 feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 6; thence S 890 41' E along the North line of Lot 6 171.4 feet to the point of beginning containing 0.96 acres, more or less, from "C -3" General Commercial to "C -4" Open Display (5923 South University). Z -4435 - Described as: All that part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4 and the SW 1/4, SE 1/4, all in Section 7, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: beginning at the SW corner of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 7; thence East 280.3 feet; thence N 000 01' E, 585.0 feet to the South right -of -way of Interstate 30; thence S 620 39' 20" W along said South right -of -way of I -30 549.92 feet; thence S 00° 01' W, 332.4 feet; thence East 208.1 feet to the point of beginning containing 5.143 acres of land, more or less, from "R -2" Single Family to "C -4" Open Display (13001 I -30). Z -4443 - Described as: A part of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 16 and part of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 17, all in T -1 -N, R -11 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: from the common North corner of said Section 16 and 17, run South and along the common section line for 94.50 feet to the southerly right -of -way line of Roosevelt Road to the point of beginning; thence S 26° 12' 28" W and along the southerly right -of -way line for 40.79 feet; thence S 150 34' 37" W and along the southerly right -of -way line for 29.68 feet; thence S 320 14' 02" W and along the southerly right -of -way line for 44.20 feet; thence S 470 10' 34" E for 66.46 feet to the common line between Section 16 and 17; thence South along the common line for 54.50 feet; thence S 420 47' 33" W for 49.06 feet; thence N 470 10' 39" W for 103.52 feet to the southerly right -of -way line of Roosevelt Road; thence S 550 58' 53" W and along the southerly right -of -way line for 149.44 feet; thence S 75° 16' 44" W and along the southerly right -of -way line for 119.22 feet; thence S 880 57' 49" W and along the southerly right -of -way line for 185.75 feet to its intersection with the toe of the levee; thence S 480 47' 16" W and along the toe of the levee for 645.33 feet; thence N 88° 58' 08" E to the centerline of Fourche Creek; thence northeasterly meandering with the centerline of Fourche Creek to the intersection with the southerly right -of -way line of Roosevelt Road; thence westerly and meandering along the southerly right -of -way line of Roosevelt Road to the point of beginning from "R -2" Single Family to "AF" Agriculture and Forestry (East Roosevelt Road at the levee). H. Z -4445 - Described as: Lot 10, Block 27, Newton's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family to "C -3" General Commercial (5018 Club Road). SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3.
