ORDINANCE NO. 141886
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
A. Z -4421 - Described as Lot 24, West Highland
Subdivision of the SE 1/4, Section 4, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "R -2"
Single Family to "C -3" General Commercial (Autumn
Road north of Hermitage Road).
B. Z -4423 - Described as part of the NW 1/4 of the
SW 17T of Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Starting at the NW corner of the NW 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of said Section 4; thence S 0° 20' 34" W,
along the West line of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4, a
distance of 704.18 feet to the ponit of beginning;

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
