AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR THE OLD CENTRAL FIRE STATION
DRAINAGE REPAIR PROJECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to accept the bid of Mobley General Contractors, Inc. of
Morrilton, Arkansas in the amount of $41,803.00 for repairs to
the damaged storm drainage system adjacent to the Old Central
Fire Station.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the
unencumbered balance of the General Fund the sum of $45,000.00
for this project. The difference between the appropriated
amount and the bid price will be used for contingency.
