ORDINANCE NO. 14,864
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4412 - Described as a tract of land located in the SW
1 4 of Section 6, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the North
line of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4, SE 1/4, SW 1/4 of said
Section 6, and the West right -of -way line of Fair Park
Boulevard; thence S 54.85 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue South along the West
right -of -way line of Fair Park Boulevard 94.97 feet;
thence N 890 55' W, 139.7 feet; thence N 01° 0' W,
119.7 feet to the South right -of -way line of West
10th Street; thence N 89° 59' E, along said South
right -of -way line of West 10th Street 111.79 feet to
the p.c. of a curve; thence along the arc of the said
curve to the right, having a radius of 25 feet and an
arc distance of 39.12 feet; thence S 89° 55' E,
5.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing
0.38 acres, more or less, from "R -3" Single Family to
"C -3" General Commercial (1000 Fair Park Boulevard).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
