AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
5500 GEYER SPRINGS ROAD (Z- 4398),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 24, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West right -of -way line of
Geyer Springs Road, which is 420.42 feet north of and
30 feet west of the SE corner of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4;
thence W 297.3 feet, more or less, to a point on the
easterly right -of -way line of Mabelvale Pike; thence in
a northeasterly direction along the said easterly
right -of -way line 509.1 feet, more or less, to the
point of intersection of the easterly right -of -way line
of Mabelvale Pike with the West right -of -way line of
Geyer Springs Road; thence South along the West
right -of -way line of Geyer Springs Road 415.8 feet to
the point of beginning. (Containing 1.53+ acres)
Also, part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 24, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as:
Beginning at a point 309.3 feet N, and 30 feet West of
the SE corner of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4; thence N parallel
to and 30 feet from the East line of said Section 24, a
distance of 111.0 feet; thence W 190 feet; thence S 000
55' E, 129 feet; thence N 840 33' E, 190 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 0.52 acres, more or
less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
church and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
