AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and it is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4388 - Part of Tract A, Garrett's Subdivision of the
NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 5, T -1 -S, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of said Tract A, Garrett's
Subdivision; thence S 89° 31' 47" E, along the North
line of said Garrett Subdivision 622.75 feet to the NW
corner of Lot 1, said Garrett's Subdivision; thence
S 00 26' 28" W, 250.16 feet to the SW corner of said
Lot 1; thence S 0 321 2411 W, 49.87 feet; thence S 890
30' 34" E, 299.73 feet; thence N 00 32' 14" E, 49.86
feet to the SE corner of said Lot l; thence N 00 30'
11" E, 250.26 feet to the NE corner of said Lot 1;
thence S 890 28' 11" E, along said North line of
Garrett's Subdivision 336.00 feet to the NE corner of
Garrett's Subdivision; thence S 000 11' 00" E along the
East line of Garrett's Subdivision 588.49 feet; thence
N 890 30' 00" W, 1,263.17 feet to the West line of
Garrett's Subdivision; thence N 00 14' 53" E, along
said West line 588.16 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 14.968 acres, more or less, from "R -2"

of Garrett's Subdivision 588.16 feet; thence S 89° 30'

along the South line of said Garrett's Subdivision,
639.90 feet; thence continuing along said South line
N 890 39' 21" W, 618.11 feet to the SW corner of
Garrett's Subdivision; thence N 00 14' 53" E, along the
West line of Garrett's Subdivision 796.0 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 3.626 acres, more or
less, from "R -2" Single Family to "OS" Open Space (West
Baseline west of Highway #5).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
