ORDINANCE NO. 14,835
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3780 -a - Described as a part of the S 1/2 of
Section 7, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of said Section 7; thence
N 02° 08' E, 421.9 feet; thence S 88° 05' E, 20.0 feet;
thence N 02° 08' E, 1,257.18 feet to a point on the
South right -of -way of State Highway #5; thence N 800
42' 45" E, 742.07 feet along the South right -of -way of
State Highway #5 to the point of beginning; thence
continuing N 800 42' 45" E, 800.0 feet along the South
right -of -way line of State Highway #5; thence S O1° 55'
57" W, 662.93 feet; thence S 330 21' 28" E, 493.95
feet; thence S 63° 26' W, 125.0 feet; thence N 020 15'
E, 10.0 feet; thence N 88° 21' 13" W, 962.35 feet;
thence N 02° 15' E, 273.81 feet; thence N O1° 57' 37"
E, 690.98 feet to the point of beginning and containing
20.35 acres, more or less, from "C -4" Open Display and
"I -2" Light Industrial to "R -7" Mobile Home Park (State
Highway #5 east of County Line Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect the
designated change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
