AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING COMMISSIONER TO THE
VIMY RIDGE MUNICIPAL WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 139
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be owners of real property
located within the Vimy Ridge Municipal Water Improvement
District No. 139 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
have filed petitions praying for the appointment of Ted
A. Meyer to fill the vacancy of resigning Commissioner
David J. Jones;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
1. That Ted A. Meyer is hereby named Commissioner
and shall serve on the Board of Improvement of the District.
2. This Ordinance shall take effect and enforced
from and after its passage.
