ORDINANCE NO. 15,006 385
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #14,067
AND REVOKING A PORTION OF A PRD DISTRICT
TITLED WOODLAND HILLS PRD IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, Ordinance #14,067 was passed on July 7, 1981;
and
WHEREAS, the ordinance changed the zone classification
from "R -2" Single Family to PRD on the following described
property:
Part of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4 and part of the W 1/2,
SW 1/4, Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as: starting at
the SE corner of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, said Section 33;
thence N 88° 51' 02" W along the South line of said
SE 1/4, SW 1/4, 925.0 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continue N 880 51' 02" W along said South line,
26.61 feet to a point; thence N 1° 08' 58" E, 30.0 feet
to the SE corner of Tract "B" Napa Valley, an addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; thence
N 22° 27' 32" W along the easterly line of said Tract B
357.68 feet to a point; thence N 66° 32' 52" W and
q continuing along said easterly line and along the
ti easterly line of Tract "F" Turtle Creek, an addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, 296.49 feet to a
point on the easterly line of said Tract F; thence

line of Tract "B" said Block 2 and said West line
extended southerly, 50.0 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 22.3984 acres, more or less.
WHEREAS, the owner has not submitted a final
development plan /plat on the above described property within
the prescribed time; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by resolution on
November 26, 1985 (attached as Exhibit A), recommended that
the above described property be reclassified and that a
portion of the "PRD" classification be revoked.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,067 is hereby
amended.
SECTION 2. That a portion of the preliminary site
development plan /plat approved by Ordinance No. 14,067 is
hereby revoked.
SECTION 3. That the portion of the PRD district
described herein is revoked and the former "R -2" Single
Family classification is restored on the official zoning map
(Woodland Hills PRD).

A!RESOLUTION OF THE LITTLE ROCK
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
REVOCATION OF A PORTION OF A PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT, WOODLAND HILLS PUD
(Z -4587) TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
WHEREAS, the Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.) titled
Woodland Hills PBI,D was preliminarily approved by both
Planning Commission and the Little Rock Board of Directors
on July 7, 1981 by Ordinance No. 14,067.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little
Rock provides for revocation in Section 9 -101, Paragraph H.
in instances where the owner fails to file a final
plan /plat. .
WHEREAS, the owner of the lands involved in the Planned
Unit Development has not pursued the approved preliminary
plan.
WHEREAS, tke owner has caused a reclassification action
to be filed on a portion of the property whereby the lands
involved will be, reclassified as "R -2" single - family after
approval by the Little Rock Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. The Planning Commission voted to recommend
to the Board of Directors that a portion of the subject PUD
be revoked and the preexisting classification of R -2 be
restored.
