ORDINANCE NO. 15,000
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
WEST OF SOUTH FILLMORE LYING BETWEEN
WEST 10TH STREET AND WEST 12 STREET
(Z- 4567), SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS
ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the SW 1/4 of Section 6, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as:
starting at the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4
of the SW 1/4 of said Section 6; thence S 000 26' 32"
E, 54.59 feet to the point of beginning; thence
N 89° 33' 04' W along the South right -of -way line of
10th Street 20.00 feet; thence continue along said
South right -of -way line on a curve to the left having a
radius of 25.00 feet, a central angle of 89° 06' 32"
and a chord which bears N 440 59' 48" W, 35.08 feet, an
arc length of 38.88 feet; thence continuing along said
South right -of -way line N 89° 33' 04" W, 335.25 feet;
thence S 000 55' 33" E, 602.42 feet to a point on the
North right -of -way line of 12th Street; thence
S 880 53' 08" E along said North right -of -way line
160.92 feet to the SW corner of Lot 1, Treadway
Subdivision to the City of Little Rock (Plat Book 14,
page 67), Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence N 07° 55'
39" E, 186.54 feet to the NW corner of said Lot 1;
thence S 890 23' 00" E, 239.60 feet to the NE corner of
said Lot 1; thence N 000 27' 39" W, 92.30 feet; thence
N 890 23' 00" W, 13.35 feet to the West right -of -way
line of Fillmore Street; thence N 000 26' 32" W along
said West right -of -way line 303.16 feet to the point of
beginning containing 4.641 acres, more or less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
church and related activities.

SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
