ORDINANCE NO. 14,993
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4554 - described as: The W 1/2, SE 1/4, NW 1/4 of
Section 22 and one acre described as: beginning at the
SE corner, N 1/2, SW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 22; thence
West the length of one -half acre; thence North the
length of two acres; thence East to the East line of
said N 1/2, SW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence South on said line
to the point of beginning, all in T -1 -N, R -13 -w,
Pulaski County, from "R -2" Single Family to "I -1"
Industrial Park. Less and except the East 100 feet
from "R -2" Single Family to "OS" Open Space
(Shackleford Road South of Colonel Glenn Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
