AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
$13,874, THE SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT
PLAN FROM "SF" TO "SUBURBAN OFFICE"
AND TO "SINGLE FAMILY ATTACHED ".
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock anticipates urban growth
along the Highway 10 corridor; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has requested a study to
review the appropriateness of the Suburban Development Plan
for this area; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has passed by a vote of
10 ayes, 0 noes, 1 absent the resulting study.
NOW, THRERFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors hereby changes the
Suburban Development Plan from "SF" north of Highway 10 and
east of Candlewood Drive to "Suburban Office" and "Single
Family Attached ".

SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
