AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ro ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
0 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
v LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
Un PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.

2 -4553 - described as: Part of the SE 1/4 of Section
17, T -1 -N, R -11 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
o particularly described as: starting at the SW corner
q of the SE 1/4 of said Section 17; thence S 87° 47'
0 31" E along the South line of said Section 17 a
o distance of 364.21 feet; thence N 4° 43' 27" E, 903.47
',W, feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing
a N 40 43' 27" E, 1,024.05 feet to a point on the South
right -of -way line of Lindsey Road; thence S 71° 15'

designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
