ORDINANCE NO. 14,977 330
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4538 - Described as a tract of land located in the NE
1 4 of the SE 1/4, Section 32, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows: Starting at a found iron pin being the SE
corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 32, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W; thence N 0° 40' 00" W, 74.1 feet to the point
of beginning; thence N 00 40' 00" W, 296.72 feet;
thence S 89° 59' 28" W, 370.82 feet; thence S 0° 34'
12" E, 371.09 feet; thence N 89° 56' 55" E, 187.14
feet; thence N 67° 57' 38" E, 197.90 feet to the point
of beginning containing 3.0 acres more or less from
"R -2" Single Family to "C -2" Shopping District
(Stagecoach Road /Highway No. 5 and Crystal Valley Road,
NW corner).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
