ORDINANCE NO. 14,975
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
4811 BASE LINE ROAD (Z- 4544), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the W 1/2, E 1/2, NE 1/4, Section 6, T -1 -S,
R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: begin at a point 1,980.0 feet
North and 101.67 feet East of the SW corner of said
W 1/2, E 1/2, NE 1/4; thence North 314.12 feet to the
South right -of -way line of Base Line Road; thence East
along South right -of -way line of said Base Line Road
101.71 feet; thence South 311.24 feet; thence West
101.67 feet to the point of beginning, also known as
Lot 2, South Heights Addition, according to an
unrecorded plat dated November 20, 1953, prepared by
G.A. Denham, registered engineer.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
day -care center.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
