AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF CONTROL OF
STORER COMMUNICATIONS, INC., THE CORPORATION
CONTROLLING RIVERSIDE CABLE TV, INC., THE
CORPORATION HOLDING THE CABLE TV FRANCHISE FOR
LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be it ordained by the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, after a public hearing, hereby consents to the proposed
merger of Storer Communications, Inc., and SCI Holdings, Inc.
Pursuant to Section 13 of the franchise ordinance, the City
agrees to maintain the cable TV franchise in Riverside Cable TV,
Inc., a subsidiary of the corporations created by the above
mentioned merger.
