ORDINANCE NO. 14,968
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4515 - Described as that portion of Blocks 4 and 5,
College Park, Little Rock, Arkansas, lying South and
West of I -440 and Bankhead Drive including streets and
alleys from "R -2" Single Family to "C -3" General
Commercial (I -440 and Bankhead Drive, SW corner).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
