ORDINANCE NO. 14,966
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4532 - Described as part of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4,
Sect on 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
an iron pin found in the SW corner of said NW 1/4, NW
1/4 of Section 11; run thence N 00° O1' 20" E a
distance of 318.55 feet to a found iron pin; run thence
N 89° 30' 40" E a distance of 490.15 feet to a found
iron pipe; run thence N 88° 57' E a distance of 113.0
feet; run thence N 000 11' 40" E a distance of 273.9
feet to an iron pin on the South side of Kanis Road;
thence continue N 00° 11' 40" E a distance of 28.1 feet
to a point in the center of Kanis Road; run thence
southeasterly along the center of Kanis Road on a curve
to the left having a chord of S 73° 50' E a distance of
167.8 feet; run thence S 00° 11' 40" W a distance of
28.1 feet to an iron pin; thence continue S 00° 11' 40"
W a distance of 224.2 feet to a found iron pipe; run
thence S 00° 02' E a distance of 321.35 feet to an iron
pin on the South line of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section
11; run thence West a distance of 108.0 feet to a found
iron pipe; run thence S 86° 26' 30" W a distance of
656.8 feet to the point of beginning and containing
6.611 acres more or less subject to right -of -way
required for Kanis Road and subject to any easements
recorded or otherwise that may be on or across this
property from "R -2" Single Family to "C -3" General
Commercial ( Kanis Road west of Barrow Road).

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section -43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
