AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
THE EAST SIDE OF SHACKLEFORD ROAD
JUST NORTH OF WEST MARKHAM STREET (Z- 4527),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A part of Lot 2, Gulf Subdivision, Phase II,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of said Lot 2, Gulf
Subdivision, Phase II; thence S 890 40' 53" W, 15.05
feet for the point of beginning; thence S 890 40" 53"
W, 83.8 feet along the South line of said Lot 2, Gulf
Subdivision, Phase II; thence N O1° 10' E, 163.0 feet;
thence S 88° 50' E, 83.76 feet; thence S O1° 10' W,
160.83 feet to the point of beginning and containing
13,575 square feet, more or less.
This property is zoned "C -3" and is to be used for an
auto parts sales and service store.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That the applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
