AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE EAST SIDE
OF SHACKLEFORD ROAD JUST SOUTH OF
KANIS ROAD (Z- 3901 -A), SETTING FORTH
THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the W 1/2, NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 10, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Commencing at the NW corner of Section 10; thence E
25.0 feet; thence S 01° 42' 30" W, 673.0 feet to the
point of beginning; thence S 88° 11' 23" E, 304.91
feet; thence S 87° 29' 47" E, 308.76 feet to a point on
the West right -of -way of Kaufman Road; thence along the
right -of -way S 020 23' 31" W, 226.7 feet; thence N 87°
52' 07" W, 610.95 feet to a point of the East
right -of -way line of Shackleford Road; thence along
right -of -way N 010 42' 30" E, 227.0 feet to the point
of beginning. Containing 139,468.82 square feet or 3.2
acres, more or less.
This property is zoned 110-2" and is to be used as a
hotel and accessory uses.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all City of Little Rock
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
