AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT THE SOUTH SIDE OF RILEY DRIVE
JUST EAST OF BARROW ROAD (2- 3021 -C),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A tract of land located in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Starting at the SW corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of said Section 2; thence N 00° 20' 43" W, 750.28 feet
to a point on the South right -of -way of Riley Drive;
thence along the South right -of -way line of Riley
Drive, N 890 55' 00" E, 55.13 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continuing along said South
right -of -way, N 89° 55' 00" E, 300.00 feet; thence S
000 05' 00" E, 40.00 feet; thence N 890 55' 00" E,
100.00 feet; thence leaving said right -of -way line, S
00 05' 00" E, 411.08 feet; thence N 89 24' 00" W,
400.02 feet; thence N 00° 05' 00" W, 446.31 feet to the
point of beginning, said tract containing 4.03 acres,
more or less.
This property is zoned 110-3" and is to be used for
retirement apartments.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
