AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PCD
DISTRICT TITLED THE BARN BEDROOM
"SHORT -FORM PCD" (Z -4484) IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "R -2" Single
Family to "PCD" Planned Commercial District.
A tract of land being part of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4
of the SW 1/4 of Section 35; T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and being more particularly described
as follows: beginning at the NE corner of the said
W 1/2, SE 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 35; thence
N 88° 42' 25" W along the West line of the said W 1/2,
SE 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 35, 272.15 feet; thence
S 00° 47' 58" W, 183.00 feet to apartment on the
northerly right -of -way line of I -30; thence N 66° 04
feet East along the said northerly right -of -way line of
I -30; 299.55 feet to a point on the East line of the
said W 1/2, SE 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 35; thence
N 00° 52' 16" E along the East line of the' said W 1/2,
SE 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 35, 55.32 feet to the point
of beginning, said tract of land containing 0.74 acres,
more or less (9812 I -30).
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for The Barn Bedroom "Short -Form PCD" is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval from the
Planning Commission within the time specified by Article IX,
Section 9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
