AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 14,105
AND REVOKING A "PRD" DISTRICT TITLED
HICKORY CREEK "PRD" IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,105 was passed on
September 1, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance changed the zone classification
from "R -2" Single Family to "PRD" on the following described
property:
(Z -3754) Part of the SW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of
the SW 1/4, SE 1/4, said Section 19; thence N 1° 24'
4511 W along the West line of said SW 1/4, SE 1/4, 660.0
feet; thence N 89 241 30 E, 660.0 feet; thence S 10
24' 45" E, 660.0 feet to a point on the South line of
said SW 1/4, SE 1/4; thence S 89° 24' 30" W along said
South line 660.0 feet to the point of beginning; AND
the East 800 feet of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 19,
T -2 -N, R -13 -W in Pulaski County; AND the SW 1/4 of the
SE 1/4, Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, less and except the SW 1/4, SW 1/4, SE 1/4,
said Section 19 (Hinson Road).
WHEREAS, the Ordinance was to have taken effect upon
final approval of the plan by the Little Rock Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the owner has not substituted a final
development plan /plat within the prescribed time; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by resolution on
September 10, 1985, (attached as Exhibit A) recommended that
the above described property be reclassified and that the
"PRD" classification be revoked.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,105 is hereby

repealed.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat approved by Ordinance No. 14,105 is hereby
revoked.
SECTION 3. That the "PRD" District classification of
the below listed property is revoked and "R -2"
classification is restored on the official zoning map:
Part of the SW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of
the SW 1/4, SE 1/4, said Section 19; thence N 1° 24'
4511 W along the West line of said SW 1/4, SE 1/4, 660.0
feet; thence N 890 24' 30" E, 660.0 feet; thence S 10
24' 45" E, 660.0 feet to a point on the South line of
said SW 1/4, SE 1/4; thence S 89° 24' 30" W along said
South line 660.0 feet to the point of beginning; AND
the East 800 feet of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 19,
T -2 -N, R -13 -W in Pulaski County; AND the SW 1/4 of the
SE 1/4, Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, less and except the SW 1/4, SW 1/4, SE 1/4,
said Section 19 (Hinson Road).

RESOLUTION NO. 71 283
A RESOLUTION OF THE LITTLE ROCK
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
REVOCATION OF A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT HICKORY CREEK ROAD (Z- 3754),
TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
WHEREAS, the Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.) titled
Hickory PRD was preliminarily approved by both Planning
Commission and Little Rock Board of Directors in
September 1981 by Ordinance 14,105; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Little Rock provides for revocation in Section 9 -101,
Paragraph H, in instances where the owner fails to file a
final plan /plat; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the lands involved in the Planned
Unit Development has not pursued the approved preliminary
plan; and
WHEREAS, the owner has caused a reclassification action
to be filed whereby the lands involved will be reclassified
as Single Family after approval by the Little Rock Board of
Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Planning Commission voted to recommend
to the Board of Directors that the subject P.U.D. be revoked
and the preexisting classification of "R -2" be restored.
