AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4516 - Described as all of Lot 1, Mobbs -Hall Replat
of Lot 5, A.W. Taylor's Subdivision and part of Lot 4,
A.W. Taylor's Subdivision and part of Lot 2, Wirtz's
Replat of Lot 3, A.W. Taylor's Subdivision, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the NE corner of
Lot 1, said Mobbs -Hall Replat; thence S 250 01' 22" W
along the West right -of -way line of South University
Avenue 338.25 feet; thence W 249.15 feet to the NE
corner of said Lot 2, Wirtz's Replat; thence S 260 01'
57" W, 204.35 feet to the SE corner of said Lot 2,
Wirtz's Replat; thence S 89° 41' 52" W along the South
° line of said Wirtz's Replat 402.22 feet; thence N 20°
�r 04' 32 ", E 362.83 feet to a point on the North line of
Lot 4, said A.W. Taylor's Subdivision; thence N 89° 55'
24" E along said North line of Lot 4, a distance of

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
