AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
10,201 CHICOT ROAD (Z- 4507), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4 of
said Section 1, run thence S 03° 45' E, along the
centerline of Chicot Road for the distance of 459 feet
to the point of beginning; from the point of beginning
thus established run thence S 03° 45' E, 62.35 feet;
run thence E 311.15 feet; run thence N parallel to the
East line of Chicot Road 62.35 feet; run thence W
311.15 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 0.4
acres more or less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
day -care center.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
