AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
4000 N. RODNEY PARHAM ROAD (Z- 3836 -A)
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 21,
T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Commence at the SW corner of said SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4
and run thence N 00 37' 30" West along the centerline
of a county road (60 -foot right -of -way) for a distance
983.93 feet; thence N 39° 22' 30" E for a distance of
30 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 00 37' 30"
W for a distance of 298.02 feet; thence S 89° 35' 36" E
for a distance of 751.45 feet; thence N 0° 04' 44" E
for a distance of 30 feet to a point on the North line
of the said SW 1/4 of SE of 1/4 of Section 21; thence S
89° 35' 36" E for a distance of 465.35 feet to a point
on the West right -of -way line on Rodney Parham Road,
said point also being the point of a curvature of a
3.000487° curve to the right, said curve having a
radius of 1909.55 feet, a tangent of 124.44 feet and an
internal angle of 7° 27' 26 "; thence southwesterly
along said curve to the right for a distance of 248.53
feet to a point of tangency therof; thence S 44° 22'
50" W along the West right -of -way line of Rodney Parham
Road for a distance of 829.21 feet; thence N 45° 37'
10" W for a distance of 660.13 feet to the point of
beginning containing 12.391 acres more or less.

This property is zoned "R -2" and is to •e used for a 2 4 9
church and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all City of Little Rock
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
