AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
#1 HUNTINGTON ROAD (Z- 1840-A), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Beginning at a point on the
NE 1/4, Section 26, T -2 -N,
Arkansas, 160.0 feet S 890
thereof; thence S 890 00' W

South line of the SW 1/4,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County,

along the said South line,

westerly right -of -way line of Huntington Road; thence

point on the westerly right -of -way line of Huntington

beginning; thence westerly 85 feet along the westerly

This property is zoned "R -4" and is to be used for a
recreational facility and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all City of Little Rock
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
