AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
DESCRIBED AS 14,800 BLOCK OF ROCK
CREEK PARKWAY IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be changed as indicated:
Z -4470 - Described as a parcel of land situated in the
NW corner of Section 6, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a 3/4 -inch pipe in the NW corner of said
Section 6, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
thence along the North line of said Section 6, S 870
45' 000 E, 99.69 feet to a 3/8 -inch rebar and S 890 15'
58" E, 1,026.24 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing along the North line of Section 6, S 890 15'
58" E, 1,379.74 feet to a crimped top pipe at the N 1/4
corner of said Section 6 and S 0° 07' 54" E along the
centerline of Section 6 for a distance of 638.19 feet
to a 3/8 -inch rebar on the northerly right -of -way line
of West Markham Parkway; thence along the northerly
right -of -way line of West Markham Parkway; the
following courses and distances: along a curve being
concave to the SE having a radius of 724.21 feet
essential angle of 17° 22' 14" and a chord bearing and
distance of S 640 59' 30" W, 218.72 feet; S 560 23' 00"
W, 264.0 feet along a curve having a concave to the NW
having a radius of 904.93 feet, a central angle of 40°
44' 45" and a chord bearing and distance of S 76° 45'
23" W, 630.06 feet; N 75 501 41 W, 94.59 feet; N 72°
43' 07" W, 130.32 feet; N 73° 12' 26" W, 61.80 feet; N
680 34' 30" W, 140.0 feet; thence departing said
right -of -way line N 210 26' 0" E, 615.29 feet; thence N
72° 33' 53" W, 180.44 feet; thence N 00 44' 02" E,
282.80 feet to the point of beginning of said parcel
containing 28.32 acres more or less from Unclassified
to "MF -18" Multifamily District.

being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a 3/4 -inch pipe at the NW corner of said
Section 6, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
thence along the North line of Section 6, S 87° 45' 0"
E, 99.69 feet and S 89 151 58 E, 436.24 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continuing along the North
line of Section 6, 89° 15' 58" E, 590.00 feet; thence S
00 44' 02" W, 282.80 feet; thence S 72° 33' 53" E,
180.44 feet; thence S 210 26" 0" W, 615.29 feet to the
northerly right -of -way line of West Markham Parkway;
thence along said right -of -way line the following
courses and distances: N 68° 34' 0" W, 360.00 feet; N
60° 02' 09" W, 101.12 feet; N 75° 15' 02" W, 125.43
feet; thence N 0° 50' 40" E, 703.22 feet to the point
of beginning said parcel containing 11.96 acres more or
less from Unclassified to 110-3" General Office
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Chapter 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
