AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated:
(a) Z -4492 - Described as Lot 1, Eagle Commercial
Subdivision No. 2, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, as recorded in Plat Book 19 at Page 3,
Pulaski County Records except the E 100 feet
thereof from "R -2" Single Family to "C -3" General
Commercial District. (S.W. corner I -30 and Stanton Rd.)
(b) Z- 3914 -A - Described as a tract of land being part
of the SW 1/4 of Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the NE corner
of the W 1/2, SE 1/4, SW 1/4 of the said
Section 35; thence S 89° 37' 10" W along the North
line of the W 1/4, SE 1/4, SW 1/4 of the said
Section 35, 272.15 feet; thence S 0° 52' 27" E,
183.0 feet to a point on the northerly
right -of -way line of Interstate Highway 30; thence
S 64° 23' 35" W along said northerly right -of -way
line of Interstate Highway 30, 675.00 feet; thence
N 22° 50' 52" E, 512.08 feet; thence N 680 55' 41"
E, 21.47 feet; thence N O1° 28' 16" E, 140.75
feet; thence S 89° 44' 03" E, 139.97 feet; thence
N O10 26' 49" E, 187.97 feet; thence E 506.22 feet
to a point on the East line of the W 1/2, NE 1/4,
SW 1/4 of the said Section 35; thence S 00 48' 09"
E along the East line of the W 1/2, NE 1/4, SW 1/4
of said Section 35, 331.10 feet to the point of
beginning of said Tract of land containing 7.88
acres or less from "C -3" General Commercial
District to "C -4" Open Display District. (9816 I -30)
(c) Z -4486 - Described as part of the NE 1/4 of the NE
1/4 of Section 10, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Starting at the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of Section 10; thence E 724.15 feet; thence

line of Mabelvale West Road, 209.87 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continue S 54° 54' 20"
E along said southerly right -of -way line 150.0
feet; thence S 54° 46' 40" W 260.0 feet; thence N
54° 54' 20" W, 150.00 feet; thence N 54° 46' 40"
E, 260.00 feet to the point of beginning
containing 0.843 acres more or less from "R -2"
Single Family District to "I -2" Light Industrial
District. (10105 Mabelvale West Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Chapter 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and are hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
