AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING A TRACT OF
LAND AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF I -30
AND CHICOT ROAD IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated:
Z- 3150 -C - Described as part of the W 1/2 of the
NW 1/4 lying North of the North right -of -way line
of Interstate 30 in Section 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows: Starting at the NW corner
of said Section 36; thence S 00 30' 37" E along
the West line of said Section 36, a distance of
1,259.85 feet to the point of beginning; thence N
890 29' 23" E, 338.26 feet; thence along a curve
to the right having a radius of 300.0 feet, a
central angle of 25° 0' 22" E and a chord which
bears S 76° 38' 35" W, 129.89 feet an arc distance
of 130.93 feet; thence S 89° 08' 46" W, 211.62
feet to a point on the West line of Section 36;
thence N 00 30' 37" W along said West line 30.15
feet to the point of beginning containing 0.20
acres more or less from "MF -18" Multifamily
District to "C -4" Open Display District.
AND
A tract of land described as part of the W 1/2 of
the NW 1/4 lying North of the North right -of -way
line of Interstate 30 in Section 36, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows: Starting at
the NW corner of said Section 36; thence S 0°
30' 37" E along the West line of said Section 36 a
distance of 1,259.85 feet; thence N 890 29' 23" E,
338.26 feet to the point of beginning; thence
along a curve to the left having a radius of 300.0
feet, a central angle of 110 59' 38 ", a chord

534.67 feet, an arc distance of 537.41 feet;
thence N 89° 51' 0" E, 274.46 feet; thence S 0°
09' 0" E, 427.58 feet; thence S 890 29' 23" W,
691.64 feet to the point of beginning containing
4.449 acres more or less from "C -4" Open Display
District to 'IMF-1811 Multifamily District.
AND
Part of the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 lying North of the
North right -of -way line of Interstate 30 in
Section 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows: Starting at the NW corner of Section 36;
thence S 0° 30' 37" E along the East line of said
Section 36 a distance of 200.0 feet; thence N 89°
22' 57" E, 1,032.03 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continuing N 89° 22' 57" E, 4.56
feet; thence S 00 09' 0" E, 634.23 feet; thence S
890 51' 0" W, 274.46 feet; thence along a curve to
the left having a radius of 1,534.46 feet, a
central angle of 11° 56' 011, a chord which bears N
260 06' 46" E, 319.01 feet, an arc distance of
319.59 feet; thence N 200 08' 46" E, 371.15 feet
to the point of beginning containing 1.849 acres
more or less from "R -2" Single Family District to
'IMF-1811 Multifamily District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Chapter 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and are hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
