AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
DESCRIBED AS 13,015 STACY DRIVE
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be changed as indicated:
Z -4462 - Described as part of Tract 18 of Hillvale
Addi itit on in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows to -wit: Beginning at the NE
corner of said Tract 18; thence South 102 feet; thence
West 290 feet; thence North 102 feet; thence East 290
feet to the point of beginning from "R -2" Single Family
District to 110-3" General Office District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Chapter 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
