ORDINANCE NO. 14,930
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $15,467.71
FROM THE 46TH AND FOSTER DRAINAGE PROJECT,
ACCOUNT NO. 399 -9206 AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM
OF $30,000.00 FROM THE BOND INTEREST ACCOUNT FOR
THE GEYER SPRINGS DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
ACCOUNT NO. 399 -9212.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby transferred the sum of
$15,467.71 from the 46th and Foster Drainage Project, Account No.
399 -9206 to the Geyer Springs Drainage Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. There is also hereby appropriated from the
Bond Interest Account the sum of $30,000.00 for the Geyer Springs
Drainage Improvement Project, Account No. 399 -9212.
