AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED HEIGHTS
THEATER PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from "R -2" Single Family
District to Planned Commercial District.
Legal Description
All of Lots 133, 134 and 153, all of Lot 135 except
that part lying West of a certain line, said line more
particularly described as being located 6 feet East of
the NW corner of said Lot 135 and extend Southwest in
straight line to a point 6 feet West of the SE corner
of Lot 136 and all that part of Lot 136 lying East of
certain line, said line more particularly described as
being located 6 feet East of the NW corner of said Lot
135 and extend Southwest in a straight line to a point
6 feet West of the SE corner of Lot 136, all in Forest
Heights Place Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.

SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Z- 2827 -A /Heights Theater Planned Commercial
District is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval
from the Planning Commission within the time specified by
Article IX, Section 9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
